Information we collect

• Account data: email address, name, and authentication identifiers when you sign up or sign in (including via Google OAuth where enabled).
• Workspace content: project names, URLs you submit for ad generation, generated ad copy, images, and related metadata you choose to store in your workspace.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and log data used for security, debugging, and service improvement.

How we use information

We use the information above to provide, secure, and improve the service; process your requests; communicate with you about your account; comply with law; and enforce our terms. We do not sell your personal information.

URL scraping and your consent

When you submit a URL, we may fetch and process that page to extract text and images to build your Brand Record and generate compliant ad variants you requested. You represent that you have the right to submit each URL. We do not use your scraped or generated content to train third-party foundation models.

Google sign-in and Google Ads

If you choose to sign in with Google or connect Google Ads, we receive information from Google as permitted by your consent, such as your name, email address, and Google account identifier. For Google Ads integrations we store OAuth tokens and related metadata needed to publish campaigns on your behalf to the Google Ads customer account you specify. We use Google's APIs in accordance with Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect Google Ads from Integrations in the dashboard or revoke our access in your Google Account permissions.

Cookies and sessions

We use cookies (including HttpOnly session cookies) to keep you signed in across our app and API subdomains. You can remove cookies through your browser settings; doing so may sign you out of the service.

Data retention and deletion

We retain account and workspace data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us; we will delete or anonymize personal data subject to legal and legitimate business retention requirements.

International transfers

We may process data in the European Economic Area and other regions where we or our subprocessors operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers.

Your rights
